The Home Building Process

Every home construction project is different depending on the budget, lot, and design. However, the following is a general guideline to the home building process at AMF Construction.

  1.  Prepare the lot and build the foundation
  2. Build framing and install windows and doors
  3. Install roofing and siding
  4. Install rough plumbing and electrical
  5. Install insulation and drywall
  6. Complete painting
  7. Install cabinets, counters, and vanities
  8. Finish electrical and plumbing
  9. Install flooring
  10. Connect to water and sewer systems
  11. Move-in!

We update you through each of these steps giving you opportunities to regularly check on the progress while watching your dream home come together.
